Parfait is such a delight that we can’t only enjoy them as a dessert. Whip up a healthy, delicious, yet hassle free yogurt parfait any time of the day.
As I currently have a little time, I was searching on the internet the other day. Looking for new, interesting ideas, inspirational recipes that I have never tried before, to surprise my loved ones with. Looking for quite some time yet couldn’t come across too many interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came across this tempting and easy dessert by accident on Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so yummy on its pic, that required instant actions.
It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine just how it is made, its taste and how much my husband is going to enjoy it. Mind you, it is quite easy to impress the guy in terms of desserts. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I got into the page and then used the precise instuctions that have been coupled with impressive photographs of the task. It just makes life much simpler. I can suppose it is a bit of a effort to shoot snap shots down the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you ordinarily have gross hands so I genuinely appreciate the effort and time she placed in to make this blogpost .
Having said that I am encouraged to present my personal dishes in a similar fashion. Thanks for the thought.
I was tweaking the main formula create it for the taste of my family. I have to mention it had been an awesome outcome. They prized the flavor, the consistency and enjoyed getting a treat such as this during a hectic workweek. They quite simply demanded even more, more and more. Thus the next time I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I am gonna double the quantity .
This recipe was made possible through SunCakeMom who provided the original yogur parfait recipe.
Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.
Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It’s an optional step that can be completely left out.
Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.
Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
