Hunting for a long time yet couldn’t come across lots of interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this scrumptious and easy dessert simply by chance. I was tweaking the initial mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it had been a terrific outcome. They loved the flavour, the consistency and loved having a sweet such as this during a stressful workweek. They quite simply wanted lots more, more and more. Thus the next occasion I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am likely to double the amount to keep them happy.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.
Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)
Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.
