As I most recently have a little time, I had been looking on the web yesterday. Trying to find fresh, intriguing ideas, inspiring recipes that We have never used before, to surprise my family with. Looking for a long time unfortunately couldn’t come across too many interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this delicious and simple dessert by luck on Suncakemom. It looked so fabulous on its photo, it called for rapid actions.

It had been easy to imagine just how it is created, how it tastes and just how much my hubby might enjoy it. Mind you, it is quite easy to please the man in terms of puddings. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I went to the site and used the precise instuctions that have been combined with great photographs of the task. It just makes life much simpler. I could suppose it’s a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you usually have gross hands thus i seriously appreciate the time and effort she devote for making this post .

Having said that I’m inspired to present my very own formulas in the same way. Appreciate your the concept.

I had been fine tuning the main formula to make it for the taste of my family. I can mention it was an incredible success. They loved the taste, the consistency and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a busy workweek. They quite simply requested more, many more. Thus the next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I’m gonna multiply the volume to get them delighted.

Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.

Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.

Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)

Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.
