Although few of us are Italian, giving up pizza when going on a low carb diet is like shattering our soul. Luckily though, in low carb pizza there is hope!
As I recently have some time, I had been searching on the internet last week. Looking to find new, challenging tips, inspirational recipes that I have never tasted before, to treat my loved ones with. Hunting for a while yet couldn’t come across too many interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this delicious and simple treat by chance. The dessert seemed so mouth-watering on its pic, it required immediate actions.
It was not so difficult to imagine how it is created, its taste and how much my husband is going to enjoy it. Mind you, it is quite simple to please the guy in terms of cakes. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyway, I visited the website: Suncakemom and then followed the precise instuctions that were combined with nice images of the operation. It really makes life less difficult. I can suppose it is a bit of a hassle to shoot photographs in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may usually have sticky hands so I seriously appreciate the time and energy she put in to build this post .
With that said I’m encouraged to present my personal dishes in the same way. Appreciate your the thought.
I was tweaking the main mixture to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to say it turned out an awesome success. They enjoyed the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a sweet such as this during a hectic week. They basically asked for even more, more and more. Hence the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I’m likely to double the amount .

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Measure the mozzarella and the cream cheese into a bowl.
Put them into the microwave until they melt together for about 90 seconds on maximum power. Halfway through take the bowl out and stir them around a bit.(In case of missing microwave warm them over hot water, similarly to chocolate)
While the Cheese melts beat up the eggs quickly.
Mix in the Coconut flour.
Mix the melted cheese in, too. This is going to be a bit tough. As the cheese cools off, it’s going to be even harder. Luckily, we can put the whole thing back to the microwave for a couple of seconds to reheat it if necessary.
Mix until our dough becomes even consistency.
Cut out a pizza size circle shape from parchment paper and put the dough in the middle of the parchment paper.
Place another parchment paper on top. This doesn’t need to be circle shaped.
Spread out the dough to the size of the circle shaped parchment paper.
Take the top parchment paper off.
Correct any mistakes on our future crust.
Place the low-carb pizza dough into a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 15 – 25 minutes.
