Looking for something tasty yet quick to prepare? Egg salad avocado is as fulfilling as delicious that will nourish the body and keep our spirits high!
As I lately have some time, I had been searching on the web a few days ago. Looking for new, interesting ideas, inspiring meals that I’ve never tasted before, to impress my family with. Looking for a long time unfortunately could not come across any interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I found this scrumptious and simple dessert by chance. It seemed so delightful on its snapshot, it called for urgent action.
It was not so difficult to imagine just how it is made, how it tastes and how much my hubby will probably love it. Mind you, it is very easy to impress the guy when it comes to puddings. Anyway, I went to the site: Suncakemom and simply followed the detailed instuctions that had been accompanied by nice images of the operation. It really makes life much easier. I could suppose it is a slight effort to shoot snap shots down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may normally have gross hands so I genuinely appreciate the hard work she placed in to make this post .
With that said I’m encouraged presenting my very own recipes in a similar way. Many thanks the concept.
I had been fine tuning the original formula to make it for the taste of my family. I must mention it was a great success. They enjoyed the flavor, the structure and enjoyed having a treat such as this in the midst of a hectic workweek. They quite simply demanded more, a lot more. Thus next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna multiply the amount .

Place the eggs into water and bring the water to boil on high heat. When the water starts to boil reduce the heat and continue to cook the eggs until the inside is completely hardened. The whole process shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. If the eggs are fresh add a half teaspoon of baking soda to the water. It will help taking the shell off the eggs.
While the eggs are cooking prepare the rest of the ingredients like the onion if used and the avocados.
If mayonnaise is used and in doubt how to make it at home, find detailed instructions at our Low carb condiments section.
Cool the eggs and peel them. If we are lucky then we can peel the eggs quickly by shaking them in the pot with some cold water and the lid on.
Cut the eggs up into 6 to 12 pieces and place them into a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients in then fold everything carefully together.
